This course starts at Ebino Tablelands and ends at Takachiho-gawara. Along the way you can climb Karakuni-dake (1,700 m) (5559 ft), Shishiko-dake (1,428 m) (4669 ft), Shinmoe-dake (1,421 meters) (4647 ft), and Naka-dake (1,345 meters) (4398 ft). This course has many up slopes and down slopes, and can take up to five hours including rests. It may seem pretty tough but with many sights of nature along the way, you can enjoy the various beauties that Kirishima offers.
