Celebration of the First National Park Golf Tournament

Rokugatsu-do (lantern festival) is celebrated throughout Kagoshima prefecture. In Kirishima it is celebrated with many booths that line the streets and paper lanterns decorated all over town. The children and locals of Kirishima make these lanterns as an offering to the gods.
